I think a lot of people are feeling like this at the moment. But I tend to think that this time of year makes you want to just stay in bed anyway!! There is no sunshine. Its freezing cold, snow is causing chaos everywhere. I think once the better weather comes back (?) then we should all be feeling a bit better.
Once the alarm goes off, just get up....Don't even think about it....just do it!!..
Then post a message on here tomorrow to let everyone know that you did it!!...
I am the same, only i suffer insomnia but i still set my alarm and force myelf to get up . I am like this more so in the winter.. i wonder if you have SAD ? .. seasonal affective disorder?
All the symptoms could be a combination of anything..Medication if you take it, the Winter months ( I get SAD myself) depression/anxiety (if you suffer with that) lifestyle, lacking in Vitamins. I push myself to get up and feel better for it, try different things like regular bed routine, drink more water, sleep and hydration is a massive contribution to health, see how you go, try not to question it too much, if you are worried have a check up with your Gp...
I do the same, I feel that by hiding in bed I can escape the daily grind of coping with my various illnesses, I know that when I get up I will feel like hell because of ongoing issues with IBSc/divertulitis and emphysema just to name a couple, I live on my own and am finding it very hard to motivate myself
I do that same thing and my alarm is across the room I get up and shut it off and go back to bed till noon! I have to start getting up earlier cuz I took on a second job and it requires day shift, the other is a couple hours in the afternoon but I never miss that because it's with horses which I love!!!! Idk maybe it's people I'm trying to avoid
