Hey there just red some of ur posts.
You say your getting help ?
May I ask what help ur receiving by chance ?
Ok so you ran away from work ?
Because you didn’t like what ppl thought of you ?
Or perhaps your brain told you what ppl were thinking about you.
The brain is very good at fooling us,the brain tends to think more negatively than positive.
So you need the tools to change this am I right ?
Firstly I would say right down all your thoughts for one whole week.
Including,I always ask some one ,what’s the first thing you think of when you awake in the morning ?
This can cause an upset, undeveloped structure to your day.
We are all here to help.
There is no shame in admitting to your self how you feel the others.
Admitting to even your self is the very start of an exciting adventure on helping your self get better.
Yer sure ppl can help you along the way but it’s wholly up to ur self to dig deep listen to what you don’t like and filter what you will learn.
Here to help my friend.

Hi Pocha45 and welcome to this caring forum where you will receive help and support from other members. jk15500 and figity have posted some really helpful replies. It may be a good idea to book an appointment to see your GP to discuss how you are feeling. He/she will be able to offer some help and support and then you will begin to feel better.
MIND charity mind.org.uk and MIND information line [0300 123 3393] is also a good source of support. Also, the pinned posts on the screen may be helpful to you.
