Hello Caz70,I am very sorry to hear that you are feeling so low. It may help if you would like to tell us a little more about your situation, so that you will continue to feel supported on our friendly site. I wonder have you tried asking for help, as I am sure there is some help available for you. If you are feeling really depressed, it may be a good idea to see your GP as soon as you can, so that treatment can be started for you. Perhaps some medication and talking therapies may help you. There is always hope, so please try and believe this. You may find help if you look at the pinned posts, there is some useful information there. Also, you may like to contact the Samaritans if you feel you need to talk to someone, (Freephone) 116 123 .....365 days a year. Also the organisation Sane can give you support and information.....Telephone.....[phone]pm every day. You can also access support from Mind....
