I don't no what post it was but I'm in hell diagnosed with cirrhosis so I'll complex PTSD ADHD comorbities they now said I haven't got it what more mistakes they going to make on me there is no crisis anything no one nothing housebound I'm done begging

Sorry for my recent post,I did not want to offend anyone,I have sought help and have managed to stay alive, my wife recently got the all clear from breast cancer, instead of celebration after 6years of pure hell she found a new hell,her cracking addicted daughter moved in and well we divorcing now as I am too physically I'll to have this in my life I think she is a narcissist finding fault in everything and shooting me down with every word, so now I'm stuck 10,000 miles from home passport expired stranded and days away from losing my home.my treatment has been delayed I have a new tumour all I need now is a kick in the teeth. What have I done to deserve this? I got Ill and can't work,so the gravy train has stopped.
