I agree with you, I feel much the same way. It gives us a chance to feel part of a community, usually I don't feel I fit in anywhere. We receive understanding and we can be helpful to others both of which are important. We need to feel useful.A heartfelt thank you to each one of you. Pam

Its good to talk to people who are actually going through mental health ..many doctors,proffesionals ,go to college to learn about treatment, symptons,medicines..they have no actual experience...they can give u advice, medication..from what they learned from a book its like having a chef who cant cook..on this site its like having all the help i need from people actually living with condition..first hand...24 hours a day ...luv this site ....
