Hiya all. Struggling a tad with the black dog lately. Diagnosed with clinical depression 20 years ago. Anyway January is a horrid month. Especially when your a self employed gardener. So I'm not going to beat myself up about lying in bed too much etc. It really helps me if I set myself a little task for the day. Last week it was taking things to the tip one day the next day cleaning the cooker. If I can manage one productive task a day and it's hard but really worth the effort and I don't feel guilty. Maybes worth a try. Love u guys xxx
