Sometimes when I am sad or frustrated, I get angry at the world but also depressed about it. My body begins to shake in my arms and my chest feels pressured. I cry and feel trapped, so whenever comes to comfort me I get even more stressed and suffocated.
The worst feeling I have is when I feel out of body... Almost like my body is a big coat that I want to take off. It usually feels physical and mental, because my body is shaking and I also my mind feels heavy and sad. Once I begin to calm down and stop crying, I still feel out of reality and shivery (but less than before).
Currently I am taking Prozac for anxiety and ADHD medication... before I started taking any medication I had episodes similar to what I've described.

Hi bmilb and welcome to the forum. Please stay on this forum where you will receive help and support from other members who understand. It may be a good idea to make an appointment to discuss all of these things with your GP. Do you do some breathing exercises to help address your anxiety? Try to do things you enjoy so that your feelings of sadness frustration and anger are less likely to arise and you are less likely to experience these unpleasant feelings. You may find it helpful to look at the pinned posts on the screen. I hope you will soon be feeling better. Are any members of the forum able to help bmilb, please? Thank you and best wishes.
