Hi nice to meet you and welcome to the site. This sounds very much like depression to me. Obviously you can't be diagnosed online but if you haven't already I would urge you to see a doctor and get a diagnosis and some help if needed.

Anti-depressants and/or having counselling might well help if this is depression. Are you having any of this at the moment? If not I would urge you to seek medical help.

In the meantime have a look around the site as you will find lots of useful information. If you need to talk to someone please refer to the crisis support helplines post under the pinned posts.

Meanwhile stay with us as this is a very safe and welcoming place to chat and we all understand so just jump in and post and reply to others if you want. You will find a lot of support and encouragement on here. Lil x

Anti depressants only prolong it all. I ant to b normal again or just wanna end the pain I'm in

I have to disagree with you. The purpose of anti depressants is to help you to feel a bit better and more able to tackle your issues. That's when it is a good time to seek counselling.

You won't always feel like this though I understand how you think you will. With proper help there will come a time when life is worth living again. Depression causes negative and false thoughts so don't listen to them - they are not real. It is your mind trying to trick you.

Instead of spending your energy and time wishing you were normal again or planning to take permanent action for a temporary problem, direct it instead towards helping yourself to recover. You deserve to give yourself every chance you can. After all you have nothing to lose do you? x

I may b dying and NHS ant doin anythin. I've lose everythin my job which I loved and it has taken me 4 years to get to and in I. Pain all day long. Unable to enjoy anythin

Have you been to your doctor and told him you think you may be depressed or anxious? Did your doctor dismiss your symptoms without doing anything? Go to your doctor.

To see what happens tomorrow. Create your own purpose in life. Think of what is important for you. Heal yourself first, love and respect and the rest will come later (naturally). It always does.

You are not alone. Many of us feel the same pain.

I feel for you mate. I was similar to you and I’ve been on sertraline for over 12 months now and it has helped me greatly. Perhaps the one you were on wasn’t right for you. I suggest you see your gp and talk to him about it. Love and hugs
