I know i haven't been right for years. Since 8 I have always been low & depressed but in the last couple months it's worse. I feel like everyone is against me. And talking about me or trying to bring me down. I get months when I'm doing good my mind isn't as bad I can cope but then i hit a serious low and that happened this week. I used to self harm and attempted to commit suicide years ago but the urge has not been as strong as recently. I think it's more then depression and I'm scared because what if I get help and they take my daughter away. Should I keep it to myself and just try cope is it normal to be this scared

Maybe you could also think about seeing your GP to discuss how you are feeling now. Please be reassured that your GP is not going to consider taking your daughter away and will want to help you.
