Hey everyone,

I am new here. I am suffering from depression and anxiety which has evolved into full blown panic attacks. Can anyone give me some pointers to cope with this?

have you ever had any sort of therapy? like CBT for example?

do you find specific events/things trigger you specifically?

dont do any drugs. practice deep breathing exercises they actually do work surprisingly well. and also as hard as it may be if you can find and will power to work out it will help you immensely with anxiety. when im in a full blown attack i just focus on my breathing and tell myself this feeling will pass and i will be fine. going for runs has really helped me. great stress relief

As loveheart3 has already said, have you tried CBT or any other therapies? Have you talked to a doctor about your depression and anxiety and are you taking any prescribed medication? Have you tried any lifestyle changes or self-help strategies e.g. exercise, improving your diet, sleep routine, identifying known triggers, mindfulness, meditation, any hobbies or interests that you like doing? Do you have any friends to spend time with or are you socially isolated? Just a few suggestions to maybe think about but none of this is easy or a "quick fix, it'll take time.
