Gerd with Pelvic Pain

I have severe Gerd with pelvic pain and I have gallbladder sludge. What is wrong with me? No one seems to know.

It is possibly your diet, but it could also be stress, or something in your subconscious causing it. See your doctor, they might want to do tests, but the first thing they usually do is put you on ranetedine or omeprazole.

I had bad heartburn for a few months which I think was partly exarcerbated by taking painkillers for back pain. The heartburn settled eventually and I only take omeprazole now and again. Unfortunately I still have a constant bad taste coming up, especially after eating or when I am lying down, which isn't acidic but more like bile.

I am trying alternative options just now to speed up my digestion. Look up D-Limonene as that is supposed to help excess bile and it may have helped me a bit, but not enough. Another thing to note - when I was taking omeprazole every day I think it irritated my bladder a lot as I always felt uncomfortable after going to the toilet.

Also, I have had pelvic pain for 17 years. I have lot of other chronic health problems as well. I do think it could be down to me being a nervous person who worries about and dreads doing things. I think stress is behind a lot of people's illness, almost like your body creating a diversion or excuse so you can avoid doing things. Maybe if your are under stress that might be the thing to target. Whatever it is, good luck!
