that must be so hard for you. It'll take a while to sink in. Just know that he wanted you to live your life even if for him the fight was too hard. Perhaps to continue to live would be a way to sort of honour him and everything he did for you.
are there people you can talk to who knew him as well. maybe you could find a way to remember him together?
I'm so sorry to hear that Lynsey -- it must be such a shock and huge loss to you. My close friend who helps me hugely when I'm low, lost her partner to suicide and it's been so tough for her but she's worked so hard to keep going. I hope your good times with your friend and memories will help a little. Thinking of you. Mags x
