I feel getting up and running away not coming back I say no one miss me too much having bad day had few nightmares last night and all tired low and in lot pain

I have had a few nightmares over the past week as well. Makes you really groggy for the next day. I am spending time with relaxation music before I go to bed to try and get some sleep.

I used to just get in my car and drive when I felt like running away,but then I would feel guilty about worry my family and I would come back home.

I hope you are feeling a bit better.

Hello Lynsey

I know you are having a really really rough time. Nightmares are horrible, they feel so real at the time they are happening and are really frightening. Sometimes they can make you anxious about going to sleep. Can you leave a lamp or light on while you are sleeping? Or perhaps play some soothing music as you go to sleep?

Running away seems like a good idea but often it is not. Problems that you have go with you no matter where you are. We would miss you Lynsey. We are always here for you, to listen and to support you in any way you can.
