I went to see my mental health doctor about my abuse that happened to me for first twenty years ago it was very hard now I have go see someone tomorrow about it I am feeling bad at moment what's going talk about in detail. I am afraid it's going be tough time for me this week

Take it slow and write down everything that happened to you, that will allow you to remember all the problems you had and you will be able to get all of your chest.

I know it's difficult to talk about, I as a child was sexually abused and it took me many years to discuss it openly. But the things is talking through it with a professional can help and above all teach you to overcome anything that experience affected you negatively.

Hi Lynsey

You are so strong and brave to talk about the abuse that happened to you as a child. It is going to be very very tough for you but you know that. That little girl inside needs to talk about what happened so that she can grow and you can flourish. It's a tough road but Lynsey it will be worth it. I too have walked that same road and learned to accept and come to terms with sexual abuse as a child. I wish you well and if ever you need to talk I will do all I can to listen and try to help.
