Hurting and not sure

Hi, have been suffering in silence since I nearly lost my leg, lost my dad to cancer then barely a year later lost my mum. All this in past couple of years has definately affected me and not sure where to turn!!

I am sorry for your loss I can offer no words of comfort because there are none when you lose someone that you love.

If you haven't checked up it your gp then go along. And tell the how you feel. There are things that they will offer.

Sometimes things do feel overwhelming at times.

But take heart all things pass the good and the bad.

Although your grief will still be there, there are shards of happiness with your name on.

I don't know how much support that you get from your oncology team. But they must have resources too. Like suport groups.

You have a lot to cope with.

Throwing you a handful of stardust to light a dark corner.
