ive had depression for 8 months and am attending counselling sessions where iam meeting people in the same boat as me.meeting people like your self and sharing experiances has proved to be beneficial.i have learnt that even the smallest thing can help. if you havE had good holidays in the past dig out your holiday photos and look back at happier times.
You are still happy and you still have happy feeling.thing is there masked by some trauma that you may have experienced and until such time that you bring this up and deal with this.the feelings will always be masked,
It's once thing to feel depressed but it's another to sit there hold your hands up admit the issue and dig deep to deal with what must be dealt with.
Many ppl are afraid of admitting the issue they have as society sees this as a weakness.its far stronger to deal with deepest issues
