Sorry to hear you have lost your job. It is always upsetting when that happens. Why don't you take a look at your sleeping habits and see if you can work out why you cannot wake up to work in the morning. Why not check and see what evening or night work is available as well as that ma be better for you.

You are still young and able to get another job and have a great life. Take care and seek help to help you out with getting a new job and also with being able to sleep well.

Take care.

I have never ever adjusted to 9-5. Worked 30 years I was probably late in most days! But you know I worked hard I made up the time and I stayed late so others could finish early. I was threatened often with the sack but managed to avoid it.

Don't hurt yourself. Yes today is bad and you are feeling it. But lots of people lose jobs for many reasons. This job probably not right for you. Another better will come. Keep motivated.

It's stressful about money etc but you will manage.

Living with parents so what, if you have no choice because rent too high it's ok. There are so many things which stupid people think make you a success but a job unless you helping people doesn't make you automatically good. So many spend life on time at work for money and miss family and all the important things.

Kindness, compassion, a loving heart these are a success not houses or cars or things.

Appreciate yourself. You are a good guy. Get better job for you better hours.

Try to get sleep and things will be better tomorrow- don't worry but start looking for job and make plans for better happier life.

Any community well they don't know you they judge and gossip so their lives not looked at and criticized. Do not let them tell you what you are. You are better than that. Walk proud go out tomorrow and start the search for the right job for you.

I know lots of people who work 9-5 - look busy be on time etc but never do work unless they have to, they do the minimum tut when you 10 mins late and then pass all work to you.

Better off not working with these types.

I worked with a guy who fell a sleep at his desk every afternoon and they made me redundant, but kept him on. Typical.

Was that my dad? He did stuff like that - although he did lose a lot of jobs too - actually made himself a bed under his desk - muppet.

DMM I swear I wish I could just listen to you speak all day...you're very wise...and whenever I read your replies,I just download all the positivity, kindness and wisdom vibes from you...thank you for being you..🎀

I never in all my working life could reconcile myself to getting up early in the morning to start work. I realised though that I had to work so I made myself. Not easy but it's something we have to do that's all. I hope you get another job working the hours you want to.

Alright. let me be very brief and helpful.

Firstly sorry that you have lost your job, secondly do not cry, gather yourself and plan. Then follow it with action. I will use myself as an example and hopefully, that will give you some perspective.

I am 27, we are almost the same age and yes work is hard but working something you do not enjoy is even worse. Quitting job without having a better one is a bad decision and that is exactly I did recently, unfortunately, i have many responsibilities and it was hard. I landed another job and it was worse than the previous one I finally got a decent one and I literally can't wait to go to work tomorrow.

So let's begin with the facts, 29 isn't old you will most likely live until 60 and 90 if lucky so that should give you a perspective you are still young. Your aim now should be to build a habit, sleep early and wake up early. Try to meditate as it helps a lot with stress and find a job immediately, having money is the quickest way to gain freedom and confidence. While working look for another one and learn the skills needed to land it and progress. Be kind to your family and teach them to be kind to you, let them understand that you're trying to better yourself and things will change soon.

Dying is an option but it is pointless, life is more exciting when you work for your passions and get rewarded with many things including love. Also, try to get into a relationship or pursue something else too because many people find their life's mission from many things.

Long story short, y life for the past 5 years was shit and I have adapted many positive habits in the past 6 months and the change is incredible. I am much smarter, I am more realistic and my goals are much clearer than ever and I am happier and closer to my family. Yes, i do feel down sometimes but it I quickly identify the issue and work on it.

Life is measured by time, let's all use it wisely and find happiness.
