hello iam jim iam 76 years old why have i come this far only to be ill when life should be a breeze, iam on ads and have been refered to psychological therapies services which i start next week.my two worst symptons are a foggy head and upset stomach.

have you had your B12 levels checked - one common cause of B12 deficiency is lowering of stomach acidity as you get older?
