Confused

I would like to know if i possibly have Bipolar..

I currantly suffer from depression but sometimes (possibly most days) i get really angry where i need to break something or hurt myself, then i can either go straight to crying or laughing.. Is this a case of bipolar? i have no idea.

Hi depression can cause anger as well you know so it could be just that. I don't suffer from bi-polar but I understand from others on here that there are different types. Some suffer the low side of it for weeks or months on end, then get the highs for a time too.

Others can have extreme mood swings continually during the course of one day.

There are bi polar test you can do online so why not have a look at and do some of them to give you a guide.

At the end of the day though only a medical professional can diagnose you with it.
