I'm not sure what to do as I am currently suffering more than ever with my mental health and can't get help from a GP because none of the doctors in this area are taking on new patients and I don't have a fixed address due to family issues. I'm self harming a lot more viciously than before in the forms of cutting amongst other things and I feel like I am loosing myself and becoming uncontrollable. What should I do to get some help?
Thanks

It is harder without access to a GP but there are local support groups and charities which can help (mind has quite a few). I think someone(possibly Chloe) listed on here a while ago places to go specifically for self harm, I'll try and find it. Use the Samaritans phoneline when you need immediate support they are normally really good (if not just ring again you will get someone different) and of course use this forum for support there is always someone here to listen.
If the self harm needs medical attention you can still access walk in centres/minor injuries units and a&e without a local GP.
I am sure other people will be able to give you other ideas for accessing support. Keep strong
I'm sorry you're experiencing such difficulties, please contact Crisis Support who will advise you about getting help, you really do need to see a Doctor and you may want to consider going to your nearest A&E but Crisis Support will advise, details here:
