Hello all, I've just signed up tonight. I have had such wonderful support from thyroid uk through this healthunlocked app and it has helped me so much and then I saw there was a community for people suffering with mental health disorders and as a long term survivor of Severe Depressive Disorder I thought I might find help and support here, as well as being able to give help and support.

My name is Sue, I am 56 years old and I have just spent my 56 birthday alone, crying. Then I found this community. And it has helped me to pause, hang on for another day. Sometimes this is the only way to carry on, one day at a time.
