I took the trouble to download Shawmind's publications on Depression and Bipolar and I'm delighted to say that I found then helpful, concise, extremely well written and pretty comprehensive.

Having made I feel justifiable criticism of the way this transfer from AoD was made its very nice to report something positive.

Hi Olderal,

My name is Hannah and I am an admin on this page from The Shaw Mind Foundation. I understand that you feel the transition could have been better explained, but I am pleased to hear that you have found our guides helpful and I hope that you can continue to make use of resources on our page.

Best,

Hannah
