Had a good few days and suddenly my mind is wondering and i’ve started feeling a bit anxious! 😅 it started with me listing things on ebay. The. i decided all the proceeds would go to an animal charity so I updated the ads, then i started thinking about some uni work i really should have done whilst i was ebaying!
Now i’m in bed reading about successful people both in business and academically, and i see that i’m neither. This had made me feel like shit (added to my low mood trigged by not doing uni work!)
Life is a funny old thing! Got an appointment with my mentor/therapist tomorrow. Will see if that calms me down! Booked a docs appointment last week to try to get long term MH support sorted out again.

Youtube videos by Dr John Bergman, possibly The Best Doctor in USA. He is years ahead of UK 'medical thinking'. All natural stuff. You need to watch the complete video to understand exactly what he is talking about. There are many of Dr John Bergman's videos online.
I have considered sending you a Private Message but think it's best if I write a reply on your post. For a few days I have wondered if your HU name is relevant. I hope I don't upset you by giving you these two links. I apologise if I have presumed incorrectly, but you are not giving any info to help us to help you. I myself have very recently more or less recovered from a mis-diagnosed chronic illness. For 36 years I felt suicidal for long periods, which almost joined up, had agoraphobia for decades, attempted suicide once, and was still planning it in the summer 2017; deep depression, high anxiety, aching muscles, and many more symptoms. I lost my marriage, my job, my house, and on more than one occasion have been very nearly homeless.
I begin to think I have ADD. I procrastinate at work now. Even if I set deadlines I can't guarantee I'll meet them. Luckily my work is of a good enough standard. I was the same at uni. I got an average degree. Are you really interested in your studies? I'm not sure I was enough. Sometimes I need to get myself out of that fug, that mindset. Sometimes when I watch comedy or a good show I then feel more motivated to do important stuff.
