Help these feelings go away please

I'm new here and was just wanting somebody to talk to about what I am going through with depression. Especially on how I can go about dealing with it in a better way.

r u on any medication and what is your sleep like I know if I don't sleep proper it makes it worse

I have been on Bupropion XL for about 4 months now,they upped me to the 300 mg pill for about the past month,my sleep is okay,I've always been a night owl and hate getting up early in the mornings but I usually get close to 7 hours of sleep such isn't bad for me:)

Hello thank you for your support,I understand that everybody has their good and bad days it just seems like when I do have a bad day it's REALLY bad. And I know that I'm not the only other person that feels this way. I'm talking about a lot of suicidal thoughts and that kind of thing I just don't know how to get out of that mind set sometimes.

Sorry I haven't gotten to get back to you sooner!

I know what you mean by having Bad days! I tend to have Ok days where I can function & Bad days where I have disturbing & suicidal thoughts!

I have had to learn on my bad days to take the day hour by hour & try to distract myself with various activities which you may enjoy or tasks that I might have been avoiding & getting rid of some Pent up frustration! Listening to music you enjoy & maybe you can sing along to, it's just finding some form of distraction to take away some of the disturbing & suicidal thoughts even for an hour, go for a walk to the country or beach & enjoying the tranquility! It just depends on what works for you & helps distract you! Try Not to clock watch! Make a list if things you like & dislike & pick something from that list & give it a go!
