im on high antideppressants apparantly i have clinical bipola,i dont understand why tablets arnt working

There is a long list of medications that are used to treat various disorders. They can work differently for different people. Talk to your GP. Maybe the dosage needs to be adjusted or maybe it's time to try a new med. It could also be the kind of med that take a certain time to get working.

Anti depressants don't work on bipolar .. That what they told me .. I was on them for like a decade and did nothing for me

Keeping away from meds is what helps me .. Music and meditation are my fave stress busters
