Hi there and Welcome, well you are certainly in the right place for talking
To us. Hope to talk to you again. It's nice too to try and read posts as they contain good advice mostly.

I understand. I have felt the same all my life. It is like living life behind a plate glass window, watching everyone else getting on with their lives.
I don't know what to say, but I feel for you and above all be kind to yourself
Hi babes you need to talk. Bottling things just make it worse.
I know life can be cruel but keep your faith strong. It always helps me.

Hello there and welcome to Action on Depression. You'll find lots of support and information here. A good place to start is by reading the Community Guidelines and below that, resources for members. These can be found on the right hand side of the page.

You need to be able to address your fears, and explain them to those you can trust.
Discuss your problems with your GP and see if He can arrange some CBT, and coping exercises.
We do not know where you are in the world, we can only recommend here in the UK.
If you feel Suicidal in the UK call the NHS HELPLINE on Tel 111 and express your fears they will triage and arrange for someone to possibly help.
If you have hurt yourself Tel 999 and ask for help.
Make an appointment with your GP after Christmas, and He will arrange a treatment plan
All the best

Hello shammystar and welcome to the group. Some replies on here might come across sounding a little cold, aloof or abrupt at times but please don't take that personally! Our communication styles are as individual as we all are but the desire to provide each other with help and support in our struggle against depression is the thing that unites us.
You are connecting with them , there are more people that understand you than you think and also sympathise with you
