I am looking at your photograph and being on that swing in Paris, so high, would put the fear of God in me
Try Relaxation Techniques for your Anxiety and Panic attacks. Mindfulness is the favorite one at this time
Breathing Exercises can also help especially if you were on that swing above

I have PTSD and have bad Panic attacks, I have found that If I breath slowly and I know its difficult to do that but try! Also think of somewhere that you love to be or would love to be a "Safe place " sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt! I also have agoraphobia but have found using these methods I have been able to sit through my Mums Funeral a Couple of months ago! I was also able to sit through the Inquest and even Drove to Derby for my Dads Funeral on the 8th of this month! please dont give up trying different methods to Combat your PAnic attacks what works for one dont always work for another But You will Fibd your own way in your own time!
There hard I won't lie but worth getting thru .
One mind game or excersise I use is just
1Sit
2 Relax muscles
3 Deep breath
And start saying
This will not last forever
This is just a feeling that my brain is telling me to feel
It can't always be as bad
An hour
Tomorrow,,,,
I won't feel it
I will not feel like this every minute of every day of my life .
For now I do but I won't always it won't last
And it can not hurt me I'm
In control of my brain
Keep practicing that
100 times a day if needed
It will get better
I will not always feel this bad
