And insanity is not having them
Then maybe you could watch your different thought patterns than usual
And see what they're telling you about your feelings and your life right now
Are you hearing voices?
Are you feeling overwhelmed by your current circumstances
Are you feeling unreal or like you don't exist?
Or the world seems different in some way than it did?
Could be severe anxiety
Or trauma

Imbalance.is all I can say.when I had my breakdown I thought I was going mad I thought I would end up on a park bench thousands of negative thoughts going through my head.my doctor said how can you be going mad when I could still rationalise things.i was very scared I could not understand how my brain was all over the place but it is a chemical imbalance and you and the doctors have to find a right way for you to bring balance back into your life.i was worried about everything.i read lots of books about the brain which did help took anti dep which definatly helped going back to work after 5 months off was hard but is a massive help there is light at the end of the tunnel and help out there I still have bad crap days anxiety sweating worries but I control it better now.but you just writing on here shows your not going mad your reaching out.i hope you get the help you need and you can also talk on here we have all been or going through some sort of therapy.take care but your not mad.
