Hi! Are you on medication or anything? Are you seeing a therapist?
Got discharged bout month ago but have referred myself back
This is why I though you had been taken into hospital
BOB
No that's one place I'd never go it's my anxiety
Are you talking about going to the hospital again? Maybe you could check in with a psychiatrist on a regular basis. I'm no doctor, so this is just a mere suggestion.
No I have never been to hospital I was under a councillor n have referred myself back to him
Oh. Sry for the misunderstanding. I thought I saw the word "hospital" in one of the other messages and assumed you had talked about a hospitalization in another post or something. Anyway maybe you need a mental break from your job and/or school?
Hi. I had the same kind of feeling for nearly 4-5 months starting from September. I hated it.
And has your head cleared
Yes it went away after I started exercising again and sleeping better. I feel like the brain fogginess and other symptoms are due to really low quality sleep and a lot of pent up anxiety/frustration. So if they are remedied I think the spaced out feelings should subside. Are you feeling any better?
Hello
Have you been sectioned and you have now asked to go back at Your Request ??
If you are feeling very low you need to understand why you are feeling the way you do.
CBT with a CPN will help although treatment in hospital can vary and they may be proactive with those ways like ECT or Group Therapy.
It is always good to come to terms with past and present problems as acceptance of uncomfortable memories means you can begin to heal yourself and become more calm and happy
We are around for a chat
