Sigh

I constantly feel like its a huge struggle to keep living. I will think about how after today there will be another and then another and then another and i would feel so tired. I cant wait for it to end. Logically i know that my life is not that bad and that i shouldnt be that hard but emotionally i just feel like giving up on life.

This is really sad to hear. Have you spoke to anyone about this? Family/friends or your doctor?

I understand how your feeling, I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety disorder in November last year. I felt like there was no light at the end of the tunnel- but there is. I really hope you are feeling better soon

Nope not anyone. I dont see the need to burden others with these feelings and they'll probably just think that im exagerating.

You're Not exagérating! If They truly love You And care, They Will Listen And try To find a way for You Not To feel that way anymore.

Its Not true, Theres No rule To How You should feel Or Not. If You feel bad There Is a reason To It, You didnt wake up This morning just telling yourself that You wanted To feel bad. The thing Is that We All Have To go through some bad Days before We Have good Ones , Thats How It works with Everyone without exceptions. But Thats Why We Have people who love us around ourselves, Even if its Just One person, its more Than anything You could wish for. So find that One person You trust (Or more if You Have) And talk, let your body speak Because its Been keeping This pain for Too long. Trust me, I Know What Its like To be scared You bother someone, To feel like The pain Wont stop, To think that keeping everything inside Will make things better. But The truth Is that It doesnt make things better but Only worse Because At some point your body Wont be able To handle All This suffering anymore. So pléase, find someone who cares àbout you And who You care àbout And open up Because Even if All your problèms Wont dissapear, It Will free You.

I will thanks

Hi this sounds like depression. If you don't seek help you will probably never feel better. Why would a doctor think you are exagerating? they see this every day. You need medical help. x

in reply to

They may still follow the standard procedure and refer me to whatever or give me meds but they can still think that im exaggerating. Normally what would medical help entail?

in reply to

Does it matter what they think as long as you get help? It will be meds and/or counselling. x
