Just what it says on the tin. I'm snacking way too much between meals. As in just wanting to eat flapjacks all the time - I don't know why it's flapjack, I haven't had them for years. Or sometimes chocolate. And sometimes it's not even like I really, really, really want to eat it, it's just like it's there, may as well eat it. Or I'll go and buy some, knowing I shouldn't because I'll eat it, and it's not even like I particularly want it; it's more kind of on an automatic level, and I haven't eaten stuff like this for a while.

Hi there
If you need to snack it has to be something healthy ish!! Try a handful of nuts and raisins or some dry granola cereal or suchlike, this'll help you get off of unhealthy flapjacks etc.
You can do it, be strong.
Best of luck.

Hello
You say you had this problem before, what was the cause then ??
BOB
What do you have for the main meal though? Are you eating protein which will fill you up longer, or carbs which give you a sugar rush then a low spell after about an hour, which makes you crave even more carbs and suger? Try having an egg and brown toast for breakfast, with a glass of milk.
When I have been eating chocolate or sweets incessantly it was a signal that something was missing from my diet. I was often anaemic. Perhaps seeing the GP or a dietician would be advisable before any other condition develops. Hope ita ll goes well.

I too have found my craving for sweets has got worse since I started taking sertralin, in my case it's midget gems. I put it down as a side effect and try to be strong enough to resist. But I have to admit it's very hard. Regards Lorna
