The everyone that is struggling right now and all the new members.

Hi,

There are so many new members joined that I wanted to just give some hope to everyone that is struggling as well. One of the things that I find helps me is listening to music and finding songs that speak to me. So i hope these songs help.

They are by The PianoGuys and I just love their Scottish Cover of Rachel Platten's Fight Song. Reminds to that I won't just let the people who are trying to put me down or the voices in my head win. I deserve to be happy.

This song is called It's Gonna be okay. We sometimes just need someone to say I know it is tough right now, but it is gonna be okay, you can get through this. Trust in yourself and take it one step and at time you can do this.

Sometimes we just need to shout out loud I am not giving in I deserve to be happy and okay. Sometimes just getting up and doing something for the fun of it like dancing in our bedroom or livingroom and just letting go for a few minutes can help.

So take care everyone, just take that few minutes to forget the worries and problems you have and put on a song you really like and so a funny, happy dance.

I'd do a video of me doing my silly dance for you, but I don't want to frighten you.

Take care and I am thinking about everyone that is struggling right now. I am keeping my struggles at bay right now, but it is tough going.

Hi. I know it's a difficult time right now. You should be proud of yourself for getting better at managing your mental health as time passes. And that you can reach out to others in addition. Just letting you know that you're in my thoughts. 💗

Thank you. Today is D-day for the final submission for the paperwork for the court didn't sleep last night, but I kind of expected that.

Went through my photos of my bridge walk and sorted them out. I took 135 photos. :-D

Yes, it's to be expected. Most of us, even those without anxiety ect would react the same way. You did very well.

I'll look at FB tommorow. I'm courting sleep. You have space for all those photos? WHAT did you photograph? Each step you took?? 😜

Chest sort of ok. Appart was coughing old blood. Thats annoying but ok. But now migraine is back after 25 odd years! Joy! My 2 yearly disease collection! Try get some sleep. Or just deep muscle relaxation. There's nothing more you can do except prepare yourself which include not doing things that could get you sick, eating well, ect. Gud nite. 💗

Love this post and your positivity is so refreshing. After reading this I saved one of the songs then put on the cupid shuffle and danced. My legs are weak from the anxiety but I did it. And again thank you with helping me with the sleep information you gave me. :)

Thank you, I am glad it helped you.

I like to share my positivity because we all need positivity in our lives and the one thing I have learned from being so low is that I don't want to go there again.

I also feel that no one deserves to feel that low and have all these problems, so if I can pass on something that will help at least one person then that is a good thing.

Keep dancing every so often and your legs will get stronger.
