Sorry no, I haven't had that, but it may just be that you slept badly and trapped a nerve, especially if you are feeling stressed. If you are worried why not talk to someone from the local drop in centre? It will be better if you can have peace of mind over the holiday period. x

Hi there -sorry to hear that you have this. I get numbness on my face and tingles in my head, but it's from a lesion in the Cervical part of my Spinal Cord. it may be a stress thing with you though?
