Why every where Iam I feel like no one wants me around or I belong there bec Iam not good enough

Sorry you are feeling like this Mrs Finkley. I don't have any real answers but i did want to reply because I know that when people write on here it is because they need something; so I genuinely hope you can start to find ways of feeling better about yourself. It isn't easy ; life can be very tough but I send you a hope that you are able to work on feeling better about yourself and more accepted. I believe a lot of it can stem from how we were "set up " to feel about ourselves as children.

It's usually because someone has made you feel that way, from personal experience. I wonder if you could identify who and ask yourself if their opinion ever mattered?
