I always believe that iam wrong, iam the wrong one, iam doing wornd thing, iam dealing wrong with people, and iam the kind of people who always say sorry for everything even if I didn't make mistake,I can't forgive myself for my own mistakes too, and by being someone who believes that he is wrong all the time, I can't forgive myself for doing nothing but thought it's mistakes

Hi everyone makes mistakes all the time. It's what makes us human. Why do you think you are always wrong? Who has told you that? The main thing with others is to be yourself, this is what brings you acceptance and friends. x

Thank you a lot

You are your own worst enemy and you need to gain confidence in yourself and understand you are a warm hearted person who needs to stop victimising yourself and consider you are just like everyone else you know and understand those around you will feel many of the same uncertainties as you suffer from

Everyone has doubts and fears, that is part of life. We are all on the same pathway you are the same as those around you

Do you have any day centres or evening groups you could attend, you will find mixing with more people will help you gain confidence you seem to be lacking

Its so easy to blame yourself, I think sometimes its something we all do. That of course, doesn't make it right :)

One of the things I sometimes find helps me is to try to soften how I speak to myself. I know I sometimes can be very unfair in my self talk, and say things that I would never say to someone I cared about, or even a stranger.

To help me be kinder to myself, I try imagine myself actually saying the mean things I say to myself to a child, or to someone who I care about. If you wouldn't speak to a child that way, I shouldn't be so hard on yourself :) . Sometimes it so easy to be hard on ourselves, and we are very very good at focusing on our negatives and forgetting all our positive points.

If you have other people making you feel guilty, you are going to have to look long and hard at the facts of the situation and see if these are people you want to give your energy to. We all make mistakes, so even if you have made mistakes you deserve forgiveness. Sadly we cant control what other people, think, feel or do , but we can manage our own responses.

Work on recognising your good points, and your strengths. We all have them, even if we refuse to see them :)

Hope you are having a better day today :)
