This has happened to me in the past if I've had a sleep in the day. I wake up completely disorientated, don't know who I am of whether I have family. It's horrible. Are you a woman nearing menopause? Try drinking more fluids and tasking a fish oil supplement and see if that helps x

Hi, it sounds as though anxiety interferes with your capacity to think. Your GP could refer you for CBT which can be helpful with that kind of difficulty. Sue x

I get sort of the same thing, or I think its along the same lines, it doesn't last long, I've thought things like I have a friend who is someone very famous (I Dont), or I have a sister (I DonT), and for just a few seconds its real then I feel unsure, These things dont upset me, just sort of WTF just happened. like I said it isnt for long, but initially the thought is real (another one just remembered was that I was married, (im not)
