Am almost 100% sure this isn't how it's supposed to look 3 months after circumcision

I'd like to hear if anyone has seen anything like this and knows if it's normal. I'm on the verge of calling my doc again and telling him that my frenulum isn't going to fold(which he for some reason said it would be able to) or be anything but a pinnacle of meat under my glans. What do you guys think?

You may have to get a second circumcision. I’m not an expert it’s just my opinion. Maybe wait it out a 2-3 more months and if it hasn’t changed you can get a second circumcision done but perhaps you should consult with a plastic surgeon as I’ve heard that their methods are much better

Hey man. I want to check in and see how your doing. I am 8 months and mines looks like yours. Has it all gone down and is now loose skin? Would love to see the outcome. Thank you!

It had not become looser, so like a month or two ago, I decided to go back and get the whole blob of excess skin removed. This time, I didn't feel any pain whatsoever from operation to healing. The sight discomfort when moving around was still there, but it was pai less otherwise. Now it is still kind of saggy when flaccid, but a lot better when not.

Thanks. Do you have photos of before the second surgery and after now? Would really like to see so I can decide if I should get it done too

Also, did it remain bump or just became loose skin?
