I've suffered from tinnitus for years now. On nights that I just can't get past the sound and get to sleep I turn to an app on my phone - Tinnitus Aid. It is similar to the Calm app and creates a background noise - Oregon Costal Rainforest works best for me. There are a variety of sounds to try and the app was free when I downloaded it. Best of luck.
