Epidydimal cyst

Has anybody had an epidydimal cyst drained, or otherwise treated? If so, how long before it recurred to the point where it was aching again? Any recommendations for how to get rid of the ache please?

Hi, I have pain in my testes. I have cysts and Varicocele. I use a kick boxing protector which keeps them protected and supported and has largely eliminated the heavy aching feelings . They are still very tender but not when in the protective cup. I hope this is helpful
