Swollen foot after surgery

hi,

I got a surgery because I stepped into an oyster. It was swollen but they found after the surgery it was not infected. It was just fluids with pieces of oyster.

The. 3 weeks later this is what it looks like. Very much the same as before.

I am a little worried on how it looks like.
