Next week (12-18 June) is Men's Health Week, guys. The Forum has put loads of stuff together, most of it free. You can find it at menshealthforum.org.uk/mhw

This year we're looking at men's health and the internet and asking the question: are you spending too much time on your tech?

We've also got new content on two addictions that particularly affect men and have been turbo-charged by smartphones and the 24/7 internet: pornography and gambling. Check it out. Let us know what you think.
