My girlfriend has fibromyalgia

Can anyone advise me on how I can help my girlfriend who has fibromyalgia I feel absolutely useless not being able to do anything for her I’ve looked it up on the Internet but there is no way I can find out where I can do a CBT course please can you help

Have you tried asking her Dr or at local health centre ? Meanwhile be gentle and take things slow.

She has to find her own way to manage this condition. All you can offer is love, acceptance, support and a readiness to listen to her experience.

Isn’t that like widespread muscle pain and tenderness? If so, I would take it slow. Then again, her body will get used to it, so don’t be scared to amp it up every other sex sessions, so her body can get used to it. I’m sure you guys can get help from a doc, there has to be something she can do or take her feel better and improves y’all sex life
