Hello guys! I am just had my 16 birthday and i have physiological phimosis. Its like a baby where the foreskin is fused to the glans. The skin is connected and i was never circumcised. Stretching wont work. Do you guys think the problem will fix itself?

Your condition is rare for your age, but it might resolve. Doctors use a blunt probe to break such adhesions on baby boys to prep them for circumcision, so that’s an option. I suspect it would hurt like Hell. A better option is to break a small section at a time by peeling. However, that would require ability to retract partially as you work down. Are you able to tract at all? Is there foreskin overhanging past the head?

Your situation is not impossible to cure and preserve your foreskin, and it can be done by you without surgical intervention if you are diligent and patient.

One obvious solution is to do nothing and just live with it. Not retraction causes no medical issue in spite of English and American customs of extreme tidiness at all times. If masturbation is currently pleasurable, so will be intercourse.

my foreskin has never retracted before not even when flacid. I never tried slowly peeling it back before but that sounds painful.

It's important to clean your penis regularly to avoid problems developing.

You should:

gently wash your penis with warm water each day while having a bath or shower

gently pull back your foreskin (if you have one) and wash underneath; don't pull back the foreskin of a baby or young boy because it could be painful and cause harm

use a mild or non-perfumed soap (if you choose to use soap) to reduce the risk of skin irritation

avoid using talc and deodorants on your penis as they may cause irritation

Circumcised men should also regularly clean their penis with warm water and a mild soap (if you choose to use soap).
