All my life I've had sessions of feeling as if I want to sit and rest a bit. Have difficulty understanding the definition of 'tiredness' and 'fatigue'. Sort of weakness over the body. Now I'm older and having had some sort of digestion problem (not fully diagnosed but along the lines of bile flow issues) the 'fatigue had got worse. A couple of times out walking it came on suddenly and had to force myself to keep going. And then it passes in about an hour on average. It has lasted several hours. i can summon strength if I want to it's ot as if I'm collapsing. I have spoken to the Dr on several occasions but understand it's difficult to diagnose and I have had other things being progressed. I have had some malabsorption recently and found taking Vit D and B supplements seemed to 'cure' the low D and B12 in the blood. Today I had for the first time in weeks that feeling of fatigue (say 3 on the scale of 1 - 10). it passed after 1/2 hour. I am 76 and in reasonable health and only take clopidogrel thinners. have researched various illnesses but nothing seems to relate.
Any comment welcome (OK I am not looking for diagnoses, and will be going to Dr if it comes back to persist). Thanks.
