Pain in the penis, scrotum and perineum?

While I was standing up I got a pain in the penis when I bent over or touched it so I ignored it, it went away after around an hour, with a dull ache that went up to my scrotum and perineum it took longer to go. Should I be worried? Or see a medical professional?

Hey Henry0831,

sorry your going through this, it may be something and maybe nothing, but if its been going on for a while I would seek advice from your GP , Perineum pain can occur because of a malfunction of your pelvic nerves or bacterial prostatitis but they are usually less severe, but as its in your happy area its best to get it checked out mate, hope this helps and good luck
