pains in chest, jaw and back

Hello, so I'm a healthy guy who goes to the gym and recently developed chest pains and what I think are palpertations. I spent the whole of this summer in A&E thinking it was a heart problem, got ECGs, X rays, scans and nothing will they found was a heart murmur and apparently it is was nothing to worry about. So I carried on with life, I now seem to get early out of breath sometimes and get a pain in the left side of my chest yet the ECG shows nothing wrong, I also started feeling pain in my jaws and wouldn't last very long and a numbness in the back. This doesn't happen during exercises or walking in fact they seem to help remove the issue but specific when I'm relaxed or masturbating
