I got this random little bump I thought it was a ingrown hair at first but that’s not the case. If anyone could please tell me what this is or how to get rid of it that would be greatly appreciated! It’s right above my thumb nail

looks like a little bit of acne and maybe a deep ingrown hair. Keep it moisturized and clean it daily it should heal up entirely in a week or two
It’s called a Fordyce Spot. Normal on all guys.
