I need help. I cant ejaculate while stroking my penis, like the kind of stroking anyone masterbauting would do. I can only finish if I lay down on my stomach and put my penis on the surface and move up and down. I cant properly explain it but I hope you get the idea. Is there something wrong with me?. My preference for coming to orgasm is in several stages at an unhurried, leisurely pace.

I dont thin this is unusual. I have a friend who has the same issue. In his case it was how he learned to masturbate when he was young. He can only really ejaculate when he replicates that.

I have similar but different issues. I can mostly only ejaculate when i masturbate myself. I can just about if someone else is doing it right, but oral does nothing for me. I often have to finish myself off even after penetrative sex.

You could probably train yourself to climax in different situations. If you have strong sexual fantasies or kinks that will help as you can lose yourself in that.
