when I have sex during 1st ejaculation I last for only 2-3 minutes, but right after 1st if I go for second round immediately I last much longer. how can I last longer in 1st itself?

Your question is a little bit unclear to me. For 1st ejaculation, do you mean 2-3 minutes of penetration before you ejaculate? Or 2-3 minutes of continued penetration/thrusting while/after ejaculating before you can't continue and need to rest to recharge?

If it is time before ejaculation, then you probably need to try methods that would delay ejaculation for the 1st ejaculation. However, don't know if that will have any impact on your 2nd ejaculation later when you delay the 1st, but you won't know until you try.

The various methods include thinking other thoughts to distract you from ejaculating too soon, slowing down penetration, pinching or applying pressure to the penis during penetration, and using desensitizing spray/cream to numb the glans a bit.

I am very similar as depending on how aroused I am the first time can go pretty quick. But like you I can cum and get right back into it. And the second time or anytime after always takes longer. I figure it's just because after the first time I'm not as aroused but still aroused nonetheless. Only way to fix it is maybe masturbate right before your gonna have sex to help you last longer for that time.

If you are finished in 10 to 15 minutes on the second go, then you are doing it for your pleasure not hers. Relax, slow down and take your time, and you should, with practice, last an hour or close to that, with practice.

Wait till you're a fair bit older - time will cure the problem! When I was first married in my twenties I could orgasm twice within a few minutes, then by age thirty, I could only manage one orgasm. In reply to Sinombre. If that's what your wife is experiencing, I would agree you have a problem, or rather your wife does. In your case, a trip to a sexual doctor may help her. I'm not sure a regular locum doctor might not have the experience/expertise to address her issue. Of course, there may be a medical reason for the dryness, but there may not be. I do hope you find a solution.
