Twice now I’ve nutted in my pants unexpectedly. Neither time was I with a girl or in a situation in which there would be something to make me horny. Both times I was in a situation where I couldn’t immediately leave, in other words I was stuck, specifically stuck in a place filled with other people. I felt myself getting an erection but not a normal one, I was slowly reaching orgasm. My anxiety shot through the roof as I tried to concentrate on not letting it happen. My face was flushed and hot and my heart was racing. I felt deeply ashamed afterwards. Thankfully no one caught on (or so I hope).
Just recently I was in the car with two of my friends. I was in the backseat and I felt it coming on. I started freaking out but focused on breathing deeply and thinking of other things and I was thankfully able to hold it off until we reached a restaurant where I quickly dealt with the matter at hand (I was not about to come in my pants in a cramped car with my friends near me)
Quite frankly I’m frightened that this will happen again and I’m just praying that it doesn’t. What could the reason for these incidents be? It’s so fucking embarrassing even when no one knows, let alone if someone realized.

Are you very young - teens or early 20’s?Young men tend to be an appendix to their penis, rather than the other way about. Do you masturbate regularly? If you do 3-4 a week I don’t believe you would have these occurrences.
OK it is an age thing. Keep him well tucked up in tight pants so it doesn’t rub and cause sensations and/or increase your masturbation frequency and it should help. In any case you will grow out of it.

Even with young guys there can often be an emotional stimulus that you are not aware of. Go easy with tight underwear. Not always a good idea.
I remember this happening when I was younger, I’m 42 no longer happens but can remember, nothing to be embarrassed or afraid of, it’s all natural. It’s releasing from your body for a reason, you can try masturbating daily or relaxation techniques, always in my maths lesson I had a raging boner n by time I was home I had precum in my underwear, admittedly not full blown ejaculation, erections & ejaculations are strange things at any age crikey I just posted about getting an erection n ejaculating on a massage table whilst naked laid on my back 🤦♂️ lower your stress & anxiety levels buddy 👍🏽
When I was younger I did the same thing once. I was at a urinal with no divider. I wasn't aroused or playing with my penis and I just started ejaculating into the urinal. I was so embarrassed. I don't know if the guy standing next to me noticed or not. It's something that you'll outgrow. I know that doesn't help now. But the other suggestions of masturbating more should help.
